The language bar in Windows 11 allows users to quickly switch between input languages and keyboard layouts. Steps to show the language bar on Taskbar

The feature to enable the language bar hides deeply in the Windows Settings app.

Step 1. Open Windows Settings

Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.

Step 2. Select Accessibility

Click on the Accessibility tab in the left sidebar.

Step 3. Open Keyboard settings

In the right sidebar, scroll down to the Interaction section, and click on Keyboard under it.

Step 4. Click on Typing

Click on Typing under the Related settings section.

Step 5. Open Advanced keyboard settings

Here you will see Advanced keyboard settings option, click on it.

Step 6. Enable the language bar

There is a checkbox for Use the desktop language bar when it’s available. Check it to enable the language bar on your taskbar.

How to hide the language bar on Taskbar

If you want to hide the the language bar on your taskbar, ensure to uncheck the checkbox for Use the desktop language bar when it’s available to disable it.
