Step1. Type the path into Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome, type the following path in the address bar, and press Enter.

chrome://flags

Step2. Enable Google Chrome’s new hidden look

In the search bar, type “refresh 2023“. And enable all the flags related to the new design. Such as Chrome Refresh 2023, and Chrome WebUI Refresh 2023.

Step3. Restart Google Chrome

Finally, click the “Relaunch” button to restart Google Chrome.

Reopen Google Chrome, and you'll notice these new changes to the browser interface.
