If you're using the outdated versions of drivers on your devices, you may miss out some main features or your computer will become less smooth. In many cases, an updated driver can clear up a lot of minor issues with your devices. In this article, I will show you how to find and replace outdated drivers.
Step 1: Click the “Start” button in the lower-left corner of the desktop, and input “Device Manager”.
Step 2: Expand one of the categories and then right-click it to choose “Update Driver”.
Step 3: Select “Search automatically for updated driver software”.
While if windows can’t find a new driver, some third-party software will give you a hand such as Wise Driver Care. It can automatically scan, download and update drivers, easily fix missing, outdated or faulty driver with one click.
After scanning, Wise Driver Care will list all the devices and driver status, then you can fix the issues by installing, uninstalling and updating.
